Built by Someone Who'sBeen Through It
ClosureRx was born from real experience — not textbooks. Our founder navigated a multi-location medical corporation through Chapter 11 bankruptcy and lived every painful detail of practice closure firsthand.
Brad Palubicki
Founder & Managing Consultant
Co-Founder, NuMale Medical Corporation | 13 Years Multi-Location Healthcare Operations | 8 Bankruptcy Cases
Brad Palubicki spent 13 years building, operating, and — when the time came — closing medical practices across the country. Starting in 2013, he co-founded NuMale Medical Corporation and grew it into a national men's health platform operating across more than 10 states. Over that period he opened 20 clinical locations under three distinct brands (NuMale, NuFeem, and Doctors of Hair), closed 5 locations during normal business operations, and navigated two partner separations requiring clean divestiture of individual locations — all before a single bankruptcy filing.
When NuMale entered Chapter 11 proceedings in January 2025, Brad ran operations through the entire proceeding — coordinating with bankruptcy counsel, supporting the court-appointed trustee after their April 2025 appointment, maintaining patient care continuity at every location, executing regulatory filings across all active states, and pursuing accounts receivable recovery that returned real value to the estate. After his time at NuMale concluded he went on to close two additional non-debtor practices, applying the same systematic approach.
In total, Brad has direct hands-on experience across 8 separate healthcare bankruptcy cases. He has personally handled DEA controlled substance surrenders, CMS Medicare and Medicaid withdrawal for multiple providers, state medical board notifications across more than 10 jurisdictions, insurance panel terminations, patient notification campaigns, medical records custodianship, WARN Act compliance, and accounts receivable recovery — across every scenario a healthcare practice closure can produce.
That depth — not a single case but 13 years and dozens of closures under every type of pressure — is what ClosureRx is built on. Brad personally manages every engagement. He is not an attorney, and ClosureRx does not provide legal advice. What he provides is something harder to find: the operational knowledge of someone who has closed more healthcare practices, in more states, under more pressure, than almost anyone in the country.
Brad is not an attorney. ClosureRx provides operational consulting, not legal advice. We work alongside your legal counsel when applicable and recommend engaging qualified attorneys for all legal matters related to your closure.
From the Same Experience
Brad's bankruptcy experience also led to the creation of CourtCase Search, an AI-powered court case research and PACER monitoring platform. Both products were born from the same lived experience of navigating the legal and operational complexity of medical practice bankruptcy.

Who We Serve
ClosureRx works with practice owners, bankruptcy trustees, and receivers who need operational expertise to navigate the complexity of healthcare practice wind-down.
Practice Owners Closing Voluntarily
Physicians retiring, relocating, or transitioning out of private practice. You need someone who understands the regulatory requirements and can manage the hundreds of tasks involved in an orderly closure — so you can focus on your patients during the transition.
Bankruptcy Trustees
Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees who need operational wind-down management for healthcare assets. Medical practice bankruptcy involves regulatory obligations that go far beyond standard business liquidation. Brad handles the operational execution while you focus on the legal proceedings.
Receivers Managing Healthcare Assets
Court-appointed receivers overseeing medical practice assets need someone who understands healthcare-specific compliance — DEA, CMS, HIPAA, state medical boards, and patient care continuity obligations that do not pause for receivership.
The Problem We Solve
Closing a medical practice involves 13+ regulatory agencies, 50 different state regimes, and hundreds of tasks that must happen in the right order. One missed step can mean personal liability, board action, or HIPAA violations.
